Shipping and Returns


Returns requested within 5 days

We want you to be happy with your new Timmynoggy!  We realize that sometimes, they won't fit correctly, mostly due to an error in post measurement,  or an odd size post.  We will cheerfully refund the purchase price of your Timmynoggy if you notify us within 5 days of delivery via e-mail.   We ask that you send the Timmynoggy home to us and once received, we'll process your refund minus the shipping costs.  If you are requesting a different size,  we will process the refund minus the shipping costs and then recharge your method of payment, but minus the shipping charge.  This is solely so we can keep our applicable sales tax and inventory straight.   

Returns requested after the 5 days 

Our regular return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We go by the date of your purchase invoice for this determination.  

To be eligible for a full product cost return, your Timmynoggy must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will consider a partial return for a used Timmynoggy on a case by case basis, as long as it adheres to the less than 30 day requirement noted above.   Returning the Timmynoggy in the box that it arrived in is the best option due to their size and shape.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Your Timmynoggy arrived with an invoice copy.  Please refer to the invoice number when you contact us.  E-mail us at:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your Timmynoggy and check it out, we will send you an email to notify you that it arrived. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the Timmynoggy was returned in unused condition, then your product refund minus the shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your expected refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If we've agreed to it, and you'll already know this from our communications, trust us, the refund will post to your account.  We are just all at the mercy of the bank and credit card companies posting and time requirements.  
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/Seconds
Sorry, only regular priced Timmynoggys may be refunded and those refunds continue to be based on our 5 or under 30 day policies.   Unfortunately items from our Seconds inventory page cannot be refunded.   This is primarily due to the fact that we are donating a portion of  the funds to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital and becomes an accounting nightmare to make changes to that process.   Help us continue to do a great thing here by not expecting a refund on a Second.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We spend a great deal of time in quality control, but sometimes a less than perfect Timmynoggy makes it out the door.  Normally the Timmynoggys that fail our inspection due to a finish blurp or bump, get moved to and listed on our Seconds page.  This is the page where we sell the less than perfect ones at a discounted price, with a portion of the proceeds going to our favorite charity, Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 4001 Tralee Road, Tallahassee, FL, 32309, United States.  Please refer to our 5 day and under 30 day return policies above for details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Timmynoggy.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you are getting a replacement, we will handle the shipping costs  to send your replacement Timmynoggy to you since we didn't refund your original shipping charge.  We think that is the fairest way to handle things.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

This would be a rare situation but we are told we must mention it.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
